3 days of payment - unless it's Sat. or Sunday then it might be Monday before I can hit the post office.
3. Shipping on purchases over $75 IS FREE in the USA. Minimum purchase is $10. Shipping is $4 flat rate UNLESS you are only purchasing lippies. $2.50 if only lippies. If you don't ask for insurance I'm not responsible if it's broken/melted during shipment. Everything is shipped in a bubble wrap/padded envelope and taped shut so there's no lid movement. Buy the insurance if you're worried.
4. No refunds, exchanges and so on. I take pictures so that you see EXACTLY what you are getting. What you see is what you get. Unless I say that there's a box for it, there is no packaging to be sent with it, I never keep it. And again, refer to 3 about insurance.
5. Smoke free home, but I have a dog in the house. She's little and fierce but she's not into eyeliner, don't worry.
6. If you have questions ask away! I don't mind that a'tall. Use your Google-fu for swatches so you can get some good ideas of color. My camera is like everyone else's, the picture can vary in color.
